Last updated: June 3, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Synark (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Synark is a CRM workspace operated by Organix Media for managing contacts, pipeline activity, automations, forms, bookings, quotes, and related client communications.

3. Accounts, Access & Billing

Access to Synark may be provided by invitation, as part of a client engagement, or under a separate agreement with Organix Media.

Any fees, payment terms, refunds, service scope, or cancellation rights are governed by the separate written agreement or invoice that applies to your use of the Service.

4. License & Intellectual Property

Synark, including its interface, workflows, content, and underlying software, is owned by or licensed to Organix Media. You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms and any applicable written agreement.

You retain ownership of the customer data and materials you submit to the Service, subject to the rights needed to operate, secure, and support the Service.

5. Future Updates

We may add, remove, or change features over time. We may also suspend or restrict access where needed to protect the Service, comply with law, or address misuse.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the permissions of users you invite, and compliance with laws that apply to your use of the Service, including data-protection and electronic communications laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for your particular use case.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
